2. The learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent would state that the entire award amount has been deposited and the amount has also been withdrawn by the respondents/ claimants. Thus, the order dated 09.06.2017 passed by this Court in the Appeal is complied with. The said compliance is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this Appeal.
