This Court by an Order dated 28.01.2019, had directed the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.32 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

Now the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal has requested this Court to grant further period of one month to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court.

As requested by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of one month from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
