O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents herein to pay salary to the petitioner for the period from 01.08.2019 till 20.02.2020 in the post of B.T. Assistant (Social Science) when he was denied work unjustly within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Though the petitioner has been allowed to work till the end of the academic year namely 31.05.2020, the issue whether the petitioner has actually worked from August 2019 to 20.02.2020 or not, cannot be adjudicated in the present Writ petition and the petitioner will have to work out his remedy in accordance with the provisions of law. Hence, this Court is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ petition.

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed accordingly. From the averments made in the affidavit, it is seen that the petitioner has not made any demand to the Management, claiming wages for the period from 01.08.2019 to 20.02.2020. However, it is open to the petitioner to make necessary request for wages, if so advised. No costs.
