Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to treat the service rendered by the petitioner as a clerk in the office of the Telephone Revenue (A.O.T.R) Madras Circle, Madras during the period from 22.02.1961 to 05.08.1961 towards qualifying service and thereby to direct to revise the payment of pensionary benefits and to pay the arrears of the same to the petitioner.
