This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to receive the Application form CCPA dated 23.12.2015 with prescribed fees and grant the Maxi Cab Permit in respect of the Vehicle No.TN-76-x-7965.

Without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Regional Transport Officer to receive the application of the petitioner dated 23.12.2015, consider the same and pass appropriate orders for grant of Maxi Cab permit in respect of the Vehicle No.TN76-x-7965, on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
