Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the letter in Lr.No.2363/AC01/AU/Comm.Skill/2006 dated Nil and signed on 08.11.2006 issued by the Director, Academic Courses, Anna University, Chennai 600 025, the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to recommend the name of the petitioner herein as the dealer for the supply of "English Mastery/Alania Serires-A, B & C" and "Hi class SW 4.0 Multimedia Educational Network System of Ikonnet Technologies, China" to the Engineering Colleges affiliated to Anna University pursuant to the letter Lr.No.2363/AC01/DD1/C, dated Nil and signed on 07.09.2006 by the first respondent herein.
