The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was disposed. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
