PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1366 of 2022 IN CRL OP.21146/2021 P.VIJAY ANAND [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, THIRUBUVANAI POLICE STATION, THIRUBUVANAI, PUDUCHERRY STATE CRIME NO. 282/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Para No.03 of the order in Crl.MP.No.40 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21146 of 2021 dated on 05.01.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.40 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21146 of 2021, dated 05.01.2022. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 05.01.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.40 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21146 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
