M/S.Savorit Limited v. The Assistant General Manager

W.M.P.No.2159 of 2022 in W.P.No.31831 of 2018 V. BHARATHIDASAN. J., This petition is filed to amend the name of the petitioner company as M/s.Gopuram Enterprises Private Limited, instead of M/s.Savorit Limited.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavits and being satisfied with the reasons stated in both the affidavits.

4. Petition is allowed .
