2. Proof has been filed about the hospitalization that has been set out in paragraph 12 of the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition.

3.Heard Mr.A.Muthukumar learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Though the respondent has been served with notice, there is no representation for her.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 411 days in filing the above appeal in A.S.Sr.No.10683 of 2024 is condoned.
