This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.26201 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.00 a.m., 2.00 p.m & 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 am., for 10 days and thereafter, report before the trial Court, weekly once, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
