ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would produce the death certificate of the appellant/accused, from which, it can be seen that the appellant/accused has died on 04.05.2024. Further, the legal heirs have also given in writing to the Investigating Officer that they do not wish to proceed further with the matter.
