Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30443 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.
