The petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to sanction and release Rs.20,89,972/- toward enhanced monthly hire charges and extra mileage charges on account of the sharp increase of fuel charges in respect of petitioner vehicle bearing registration No.(1) TN-13-U-9624 (2) TN-13-V-0065
(3) TN-13-V-0495 and (4) TN-13-V-1321 involved in cash van transport service to the Respondents in between 01.02.2021 to 31.01.2025 and 01.03.2021 to 28.02.2025 as per one time revision granted on the inter Office Memorandum of the 1st Respondent proceedings No.HO/SEC/51/PK/202223/976-1042 dated 25.05.2022 based on petitioner representations dated 12.11.2024, 28.01.2025 and 15.10.2025.
2. A mere perusal of the materials available on record would clearly show that it is purely contractual relationship between the petitioner and the
respondents, where the parties have an arbitral clause governing their contract. Therefore, in view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
