Learned counsel for the appellant would state that the respondent had withdrawn the main F.C.O.P.No.180 of 2019 and the said O.P. was dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
