The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus quashing the Tender Notice No.M/C.79/Allotment/GMU, dated 28.12.2012 on the file of the 5th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and direct the respondents to issue fresh tender notification providing opportunities to all sections of people to take part in the process of allotment of Railway catering services.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, in the year 2017, tender notification was called for thereby meeting out the requirements of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
