(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the respective parties, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Highways, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15th March, 2017 at page No.7 of the typed set of papers and to take a decision thereon in accordance with law after giving the petitioner and others concerned an opportunity of hearing, at the earliest and in any case within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of communication of this order. No costs.
