ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer of investigation of FIR No.104 of 2016, dated 19.04.2016, from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore or to any other investigation agency and to file a final report for the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is a case of hit and run and registered in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.104 of 2016. The vehicle could not be traced out and as such the 3rd respondent referred the case as further action dropped as early as on 15.03.2016. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
