This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to proceed with the above trial in C.C.No.160 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai, as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the case within the time frame.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.160 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
