ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to peruse the public document pertaining to the expenditure of the Pudhur Village Panchayat maintained in the respondent office and furnish the certified copies of the public records on request of the petitioner and on payment of cost if any, considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2020 and 10.07.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to consider the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
