ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5 (b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29965 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders.

CRL MP NO. 1671 of 2025 petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29965 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week viz., on every Monday, at 10:30 a.m.
