Report received from the Subordinate Court, Tiruttani. The learned Judge had stated that originally O.S.No.16 of 2010 was filed before the Subordinate Court, Thiruvallur and subsequently, transferred to Subordinate Court, Tiruttani in O.S.No.63 of 2010. There were also two other suits in O.S.Nos.7 and 8 of 2010, which were pending before the District Munsif Court, Tiruthani. By an order in Tr.O.P.Nos.100 and 101 of 2010, both the said suits have been transferred to Subordinate Court, Tiruttani. The evidence was recorded in O.S.No.63 of 2010 and the case was posted for further evidence on the side of the plaintiff. An application to produce the document was filed and the same is pending. The other two cases are also adjourned. In the meanwhile, the plaintiff in O.S.No.63 of 2010 filed a memo stating that a Tr.O.P.No.295 of 2019 has been filed before the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, which is still pending. Therefore, the cases have been adjourned to 10.05.2021, awaiting further orders of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. I am confident that the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur, shall pass an appropriate direction for the disposal of the suit, since the Transfer Original Petition is pending. No separate directions are required.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed and there is no order as to costs.
