ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No. 28896 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders and also to appear before the trial Court on every hearings without fail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without fail.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.128896 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024, is relaxed.
