ORDER

Mr.C.V.Kumar, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submits that the Revision Petitioner Sagayaraj, Son of Balraj, resident of No.32/2, Mishil Compond, Coonoor, Nilgiris District died during the pendency of this appeal. Thus, the present appeal be abated.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent also confirms this fact that the Revision Petitioner died during the pendency of the appeal and submitted that the present Revision be dismissed as abated.

3. Recording the submissions of both sides, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.No.6160 of 2021 is closed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

4. The file Crl.R.C.No.370 of 2021 is consigned to record and be separated from Crl.A.No.939 of 2021.
