This petition has been filed to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.32491 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 by including the offence under Sections 140(3), 309(6), 311, 329(3), 351(3) of BNS 2023 instead of Sections 309(6), 311, 351(3) of BNS.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
