Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2020 for measuring the boundaries and fix the measurement stone on the edges of the boundaries of an extent of 0.20 ares of land in respect of Old Survey No.41/1A1A1, New Survey No.41/1A1 situated at Thurapallam Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, in which the patta stand in the name of the petitioner's deceased father.

ORDER
The petitioner has approached the second respondent with his representation dated 25.08.2020 for boundary fixation of his property situated in Old Survey No.41/1A1A1, New Survey No.41/1A1 of Thurapallam Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs. A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.30 a.m., on 11.03.2021 in the office of the Tahsildar, Gummudipoondi Taluk, the second respondent. The said statement is recorded.
3. Inasmuch as the date for enquiry is fixed by the respondents, no direction is required to be given, except that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the second respondent / Tahsildar, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021.
