ORDER

Challenging the order dated 30.05.2013 issued by the first respondent, the present writ petition came to be filed by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, the authorities has taken action and imposed penalty on the persons, who involved illegal quarrying and theft of sand in the patta land of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Conceding the aforesaid submission made on the side of the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for claiming compensation.

4. Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for both sides, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
