ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.07.2024, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the sole petitioner is no more and necessary steps have to be taken and the matter was adjourned from time to time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is seen that no such application is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the proceedings in this writ petition cannot be continued as the same stands abated. The writ petition is closed leaving it open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application if they so desire. No costs.
