When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 22.11.2021, a transfer order has been passed by the second respondent, in favour of the writ petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.12.2021 and she has also joined duty on 07.01.2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
