2. Though this writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.05.2015 filed under R.T.I. Act, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that suffice a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to furnish the order already passed on 04.06.2012 in the appeal filed by the petitioner as informed before this Court in W.P.No.15881 of 2013 dated 04.07.2013.

3. Perusal of the order made in the above said writ petition would show that the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the said order dated 04.06.2012 before the Court indicating that the appeal has been disposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of. The petitioner wants only a copy of the said order. Therefore, there will not be any impediment for the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of the said order to the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the order dated 04.06.2012 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
