This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 240 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 6 would submit that they have no objection to allow this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 240 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Vadivel, learned counsel for the 6th respondent while listing the appeal.
