O R D E R
The learned Special Government Pleader has produced the written communication given by the respondent to her vide communication dated 08.09.2017 from which it is seen
that an order has already been passed on the representation given by the petitioner as directed by this Court in W.P.No.17220/2016 dated 08.06.2016.
2. It is interesting to note that the petitioner, after filing of the contempt petition, has filed a writ petition before the Madurai Bench of this Court. However, the SR Number alone furnished and he has sent a representation to the respondent on 21.02.2017 stating that the revision of the assessment proposed for 2007-2008 to 2013-2014 should be kept in abeyance till the order is passed by the Madurai Bench of this Court. It is not clear as to what orders have been passed in the said writ petition. Apart from that the petitioner has also filed another writ petition before this Court in W.P No. 4521 of 2017 challenging the revised order dated 18.01.2017.

As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent in affidavits filed in W.P.No.4521 of 2017, there is no clear mention about what are the writ petitions filed earlier, and nature of orders passed therein. Therefore, I find that there is no wilfull disobedience of order and direction issued by this Court, in fact the order has been complied with.
