Common Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the files of the respondent in his TIN/33801122087/2010-11,TIN/33801122087/2011-12, TIN/33801122087/2013-14 and TIN/33801122087/2014-15, respectively dated 27.12.2018 and quash the same with the direction to redo the assessment after providing an opportunity of being heard along with their objection.

2. Though the petitioner has replied to the notice issued by the respondent and the objections/reply were received by the respondent, the respondent has not recorded any submission of the petitioner during personal hearing.

3. The impugned order merely states that the objection of the petitioner was received in respect of the notice issued to the petitioner. Considering the same, these orders are set aside and this writ petitions are disposed by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that the petitioner shall be heard before passing such orders. The respondent may also record any objections seeking from the petitioner or the petitioner's representative at the time of hearing that the petitioner was represented during personal hearing.

4. With the above observations, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
