2. The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose representation dated 08.11.2021 in light of Rule 7A of the Tamil Nadu Partnership (Registration of Firms) Rules, 1951.

3. The representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021 has been delivered to R1 on 12.11.2021 as seen from the postal track placed in the compilation of documents and Mr.Kaushik also confirms receipt of the said application by R1.

4. In light of the concurrence expressed by learned counsel for R1 that the aforesaid representation has been received by the authority and is pending as on date, there is a direction to R1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021 and pass orders in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the private respondents arrayed in this Writ Petition, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
