(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) A Government Order in G.O.(Ms.) No.826, Home (Transport-V) Department has been issued on 15.11.2014 in pursuance of the order passed by the Honourable Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos. 25237 and 23984 of 2010, dated 10.12.2013, qua the use of red beacon lights on top front of vehicles carrying the High Dignitaries.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
