O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that order dated 25.07.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13820 of 2016 has been complied with.

2. On a reading of the order in Crl.O.P.No.13820 of 2016, it is seen that the petitioner had given a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Arachalur Police Station and

thereafter, had filed the petition impleading only the Arachalur Police as respondent. However, the petitioner's complaint was forwarded to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vellode Police Station for enquiry. It is seen that the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vellode Police Station, has conducted enquiry on three complaints that have been submitted on the same allegation by the petitioner and all the three complaints have been enquired into and closed on various dates, viz., 12.07.2016, 21.07.2016 and 08.09.2016. A copy of the closure reports have been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. In such view of the matter, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
