ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 7 (a) that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders without fail in bail order granted to the petitioner on 10.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22291 of 2024 in S.C.No.109 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam in Cr.No.40 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22291 of 2024, dated 10.09.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
