The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the appellant, brought to the notice of this Court that the sole appellant died long back. In spite of the efforts taken by the learned counsel for the appellant to secure instructions for the purpose of proceeding with the Second Appeal, the efforts taken by the learned counsel for the appellant went in vain and the parties have not contacted the learned counsel for the appellant and accordingly, the learned counsel for the appellant is unable to conduct the Second Appeal.
