Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the third respondent impugned bearing M.P.No.5923/P/D1/34960/P/02, dated 18.8.2009 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.8.2009, wherein, the third respondent demanded a sum of Rs.9,03,938/- as deficit stamp duty from the petitioner.
3. Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
by availing the benefit under the G.O.Ms.No.189, Commercial Tax and Registration Department, dated 29.12.2017 has paid 2/3rd of the demand made in the impugned notice on 27.03.2018 and hence, the issue was settled.
4 . In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
