(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct respondent No.5/Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Thiruvarur District, Thiruvarur to verify whether there has been any award of tenders contrary to the mandate of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and if so found, then action in accordance with law be taken within a period of three months of the receipt of this order.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
