2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 04.12.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.
3. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed for non- prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
