Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on the proposals of the 3d respondent dated 21.10.2020 and 07.01.2021 by giving approval to the petitioner in the post of B.T Assistant (Maths) in the 3rd respondent management aided minority school from the date of petitioner joining the said post on 04.07.2012 and pay salary.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was appointed by the 3rd respondent-management as B.T Assistant (Maths) on 12.06.2012 and joined in the post on 04.07.2012. The 3rd respondent-Management has submitted a proposal for approval of petitioner's appointment to the 2nd respondent on 26.03.2018 and 21.10.2020 and subsequently the said proposal was submitted to the 1st respondent on 07.01.2021, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

but so far, the 1st respondent has not considered the said proposal and the same is pending. Hence, seeking directions to the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard both sides and perused the documents available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of limited prayers sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion and without going into merits of the case, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent-management and take appropriate decision and pass orders after affording opportunities to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent shall also communicate the said order to the 3rd respondent/School Management.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
