This petition has been filed to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.29582 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 by including the offence under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 118(1), 351(2) of BNS 2023 r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992.
