PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent No.13285/A3/2005 dated 14.07.2008 and quash the same as null and void and against the principles of natural justice and consequently directing the respondents herein to revise the service seniority of the petitioner for promotion in the cadre of Sub-Registrar, Grade II by including the name of the petitioner in the panel of Sub Registrar, Grade II for the year 1997-1998.
