This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.24693 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, twice a month, ie., 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
