Pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by this Court allowing the above Writ Petition, today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents produced a copy of two different proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.10574/2008/Sha.Thi-1, dated 06.10.2021 issued by the 1st Respondent/District Collector, Thiruvannamalai District, granting appointment to the Writ Petitioner on one hand and terminating the services of the 4th Respondent, on the other hand. 3.

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th Respondent that, as there are vacancies, the employment of the 4th Respondent may be protected, as she has been working in Kilpennathur Panchayat Union Middle School for ten years.

As the appointment of the 4th Respondent itself is illegal and fake appointment order has been issued to her, as could be seen from the records, this Court cannot be a part of an illegal act, as it will set a precedent for the Officials to contend at a later point of time that, illegal/fake Page No.1 of 3

appointments need not be interfered with by this Court. Hence, protecting the employment of the 4th Respondent is next to impossible. 5.

In view of the foregoing, no further orders are required to be passed in the above Writ Petition.
