Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2025 within the stipulated time framed by this court and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue Natham Patta/ Free House site patta to the petitioner in the land comprised in Survey No. 718/3 measuring an extent of 3 cents, situated at Chandirapuram Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupathur District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue Natham patta / free house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on her representation dated 31.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with

law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2025 seeking for issuance of Natham Patta/free house patta, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
