ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.J.Sudhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 5.

2. Learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that the survey would be conducted within two months and upon survey if encroachment is found in respect of the subject land, then action in accordance with law would be undertaken against the encroachers expeditiously.

3. In the light of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
