ORDER

Contemnor present. Their presence is recorded and further presence is dispensed with.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader files the order dated 12.11.2025 and submits that the order amounts to compliance with the order of this Court.

3. Upon perusal of the operative portion, it is seen that patta is ordered to be issued to the contempt petitioner.

4. It is also stated that there is an application pending before the National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Commission and subject to the result of those proceedings, the order has been complied with. 2/4

5. In view thereof, the contempt petition stands closed. It will be open to the respondents/contemnors to contest the said petition in the manner known to law and also bring to the notice of this Court the orders passed in those proceedings.
