ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.1798 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024, thereby the respondents were directed to pay interest on the belated payment of the terminal benefits of the petitioner within a time frame.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the eligible salary was paid to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WP.No.1798 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024.
